SEE. HEAR. INTERVENE. EMPOWER. LEARN. DEFEND.
Our mission is to end child abuse in West Virginia.
At SHIELD Task Force, we believe this can be done by mobilizing a statewide coalition of law enforcement agencies, nonprofit organizations, faith communities, professionals, and volunteers to educate the public, empower victims, stop predators, and support survivors.

SurvivorSpace is a safe place for survivors of child sexual abuse. It is a clearinghouse of resources, empowering messages of hope and healing, and information.

I’m Diane Tarantini–CSA survivor, author of The Brave Knight, and child safety educator.
