About Angie
Dare to step beyond where you are and into where you want to be.
At SheWhoDares, we believe healing is not about erasing the past but about choosing to move forward with courage, compassion, and agency. We support the journey from survival to thriving by creating trauma‑informed spaces where people can embrace their truth, reclaim their power, and heal at their own pace.

Angie Conn is an artist, creative, wounded healer, and storyteller.

Just a Girl and Her Neuro‑Spicy Shenanigans
🌻
-
Dreams—Podcasting, writing books, travel vlogging, and turning my chaotic idea buffet into something that resembles a plan.
-
Childhood wish—Zoologist: animals over small talk, always.
-
Simple pleasures—backpacking, hammocking in the woods, watching fireflies, climbing trees, and walking barefoot until my feet remember how to be free.
-
Sunflowers—joy in floral form; I will stop to admire them and probably take a photo.
-
Puppers—RoryJean and Prince are my daily delights, chief cuddle officers, and professional chaos managers.
-
Neuro‑spicy confession—A trillion million ideas collide in my brain; it’s a delightful mess. If you’re neuro‑spicy too, trade me your best secret for getting one project finished.
When we dare to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending.
I make brave, tender spaces for messy, miraculous work—where we practice radical kindness, learn to listen to our bodies, and sometimes laugh at the ridiculousness of surviving. If you see me hammocking with Rosita tucked in a pack and two puppers at my feet, come say hi—just don’t ask me to choose between sunflowers and fireflies.
I believe healing can be gentle and fierce at once. I show up with compassion, practical tools, and a stubborn sense of humor—because sometimes the only way through is to laugh at the absurdity of survival while honoring the gravity of what we carry. My approach blends somatic practice, breathwork, and systems change with lived experience; I hold space for tears, rage, relief, and the occasional sarcastic quip.
Let's Work Together.
